Frequently asked questions

It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

Do you see only cats and dogs?

No, we also see rabbits, ferrets, and guinea pigs!

How often should I get my pets nails trimmed.

The frequency of nail trims depends on several factors, including your pet's breed, activity level, and age. Generally, nails should be trimmed every 4-8 weeks. Overly long nails can cause discomfort, lead to paw issues, and even affect your pet's gait. We can assess your pet's specific needs during our visit.

Do you offer services beyond nail trims, like basic grooming?

As veterinary technicians, we can offer certain basic grooming services like mat removal and sanitary trims during your pet's visit, as long as your pet is comfortable with it. However, we are not professional groomers, and these services are offered to help your pet remain comfortable. If more in depth grooming is needed, we may recommend you bring your pet to a professional groomer.

Is there anything I should do to prepare for your visit?

Before your pet's visit, please have your a collar or harness on your dog. For cats, please have your cat contained to one (small) room such as a bathroom or in a carrier. These small steps will help prevent lengthy delays during your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things change. You may need to occasionally cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please provide 24 hr notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. There is also a "No Show" fee. If our technician arrives for your scheduled visit and you are not available, the same fee of $50 applies.
